Orto Arcobaleno was born 25 years ago as an organic farm, from a group of friends gathered around Maurizio Galvan. Working the land, we soon understood that organic farming was better for our health and for nature: valuing manual work and abandoning chemicals that harm the environment.
From the land to hospitality
Word spread: friends came, then friends of friends, until the farm opened its doors to guests. Our hospitality has always kept three traits: rural life, affordability and sharing. Today the space is multifunctional: the outdoor area with camping, wagons and pool, the rooms and apartments in the old farmhouse, and the areas dedicated to cultural and social activities.

Maurizio Galvan is the owner and the soul of the place: Booking guests rate him 8.5 out of 10. Outside the garden he is a multi-award-winning Masters foil fencer: individual gold at the 2005 Tampa and 2014 Debrecen World Championships, team Grand Veteran gold at Manama 2025. We speak English, Italian, German, Spanish, French and Romanian.
EcoGarden Venice
Part of the farm is called EcoGarden Venice: the cultural and social space that made us known internationally, hosting members’ meetings, themed evenings, live music and activities about Venetian culture. We are members of the ABCO APS association.
