Frequently asked questions
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 to 22:00 (please let us know your arrival time in advance), check-out by 11:00. A photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in.
Is the pool included?
Yes: the seasonal outdoor pool is free for guests, with sun loungers, umbrellas and a poolside bar. All ages welcome.
How do I get to Venice from the farm?
We are 15-20 minutes from Piazzale Roma by car or bus. Frequent buses connect Zelarino to Mestre station and the Ponte della Libertà. Mestre Ospedale station is 3.4 km away; Marco Polo airport 13 km, with a paid shuttle on request.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed on request (a small extra charge may apply). We even have bowls.
Are parking and WiFi free?
Yes, both: free private on-site parking (including disabled parking) and free WiFi throughout the property.
Are the tents real rooms?
The tents are comfortable camping accommodation: they have a real mattress, linen, sheets and clean pillows, but they are tents in the garden, not brick-walled rooms. The pitch is just the space, with no beds.
Are children welcome?
Of course, of all ages: there are indoor and outdoor play areas, a games room and family rooms. From age 13 the adult rate applies; extra bed €10 per night. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 8:00.
